Cancellation policy

You can cancel a waiting request or a confirmed stay from My stays. Those dates open again for others. The house is emailed.

No card is taken on this site. Cancelling here does not create a card refund. If you already paid the house, they handle that money under the policy for that house.

Each house sets how many days before arrival a cancel is free, and whether a late cancel may be charged as a percent of the quoted total. A change from the whole room to a bed drops the whole-room discount unless the house keeps it as a courtesy.
