Direct booking for coliving with coworking in the same house. Find a place, read the rate, request a stay, or write to Nomad Albania from this page.
What Nomad Albania is
Nomad Albania is a direct-booking site for digital nomads: coliving houses in Albania with coworking in the same building. Tirana is listed now. You see the rate on the room page, request the dates, and a person at the house confirms or declines. It is not an instant book marketplace.
Search by dates
On the home page, open Dates and choose the first night and the morning you leave. Add a city, a room kind, and how many guests, then search. The list shows places with a room open for those days.
HomePlaces in Albania
Places are the houses. Open one for the rooms, photos, map, and what that house publishes. Greenstep Villa in Tirana is the first live listing. More houses follow the same model.
PlacesRooms, rates, and discounts
The room type is on the house page. The daily rate covers the room and the workspace in that building. From 7 days the weekly discount applies. From 28 days, the monthly one. They do not stack. The total is the quote for the days you chose.
Request a stay
A request is not a confirmed stay. The house confirms or declines by email. A line through a date means that day is already held. No card is taken on the form. Payment is arranged with the house after confirmation.
Sign in with Google, or with a link sent to your email. You need an account to send a request. Rates stay visible before you sign in.
LoginMy stays
After you sign in, My stays keeps your profile and the requests on this account. Open Messages on a stay to write the house about that booking, including past stays. A waiting or approved stay can be changed from that page. A change to an approved stay is a new request. A stay that has ended can be opened for feedback.
