FAQ

What is Nomad Albania?
A direct-booking site for coliving houses in Albania where coworking sits in the same building. You pick a room, read the rate, and request a stay. We are not a road-trip tour or a weekend package.
Where can I stay today?
Greenstep Villa in Tirana is listed now. More cities are planned. Open Places on the home page.
Do I need a visa?
Albania is not in the Schengen Area. Many passports can enter visa-free for a short stay, often 90 days in 180. Some nationalities have a longer stay. That is not a work permit and it is not legal advice. Check the Albanian MFA visa page for your passport, or a lawyer, before you travel.
How far is the airport?
The house in Tirana is listed as about 14 km (8.7 miles) from Tirana International Airport (TIA). Time on the road depends on traffic. The address is on the house page. We do not run an airport transfer as part of the stay.
What if the internet drops?
Each house publishes a Wi-Fi speed on its page. We do not sell a second line as a product promise. If you need a backup for work, ask the house before you request.
Can I take calls without noise?
The desk is in the same building as the room. It is a shared house, not a silent office. For long video calls, ask the house about quiet hours and which space works for you.
Is there laundry?
Where a house lists a washer, you can do laundry on site. Greenstep Villa lists a washer. Check the facilities on that house page.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel a waiting request or a confirmed stay from My stays. Those dates open again. No card is taken on this site, so there is no card refund here. If you already paid the house, ask them how they handle that.
Can I see the rate without an account?
Yes. Room pages show a daily rate from that room, plus weekly and monthly discounts when they apply. Sign-in is only required to send the request.
Is the stay confirmed when I request it?
No. The house confirms or declines. A line through a date means that day is not open. This is not instant book.
Do I pay on this form?
No card is taken here. The total is the rate quoted for those days. After confirmation, payment is arranged with the house (pay on arrival or as they instruct).
How long is a stay?
Each room shows the shortest and longest stay it accepts. From 7 days the weekly discount applies. From 28 days, the monthly one. They do not stack.
Is the desk in another building?
No. Coworking is in the same house as the room. One rate covers both.
